摘要
采用芦荟和柠檬酸、酒石酸复合羧酸对棉织物进行抗皱和抗紫外线整理。研究了复合酸质量分数与配比,以及芦荟质量分数对织物折皱回复角、抗紫外线性能、断裂强力和增重率的影响;通过红外光谱和X射线衍射分析,结果表明,芦荟蒽醌化合物可借助复合羧酸与棉织物形成共价交联,整理棉织物的抗皱性和抗紫外线性能因此得到显著提高。
Crease resistance and UV resistance finishing of cotton fabric is carried out with aloe and compound acid of citric acid and tartariC acid in one bath. The influences of concentration and ratio of the compound acid, as well as concentration of aloe on the crease recovery angle, UV resistance, tensile strength and weight increase rate of the fabric are investigated. The action mechanism of aloe and compound acid on cotton fabric is discussed by IR and X-ray technologies. Anti ultraviolet and crease resistance of cotton fabric have been improved significantly.
