摘要
采用多元共聚,通过分子优化设计引入羧基、磺酸基、羟基和聚氧乙烯基功能性基团,合成一种新型聚羧酸系高效减水剂。试验制备最佳的合成工艺为:单体的摩尔比n(MAA)∶n(MPEGMAA)∶n(SMAS)=1.00∶1.05∶0.75,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3 h,引发剂用量为总单体质量的7%,液体总浓度为25%,投料时间为1~2 h。应用结果表明:新型聚羧酸系减水剂在低掺量为0.45%,减水率可达到40%,具有高分散性和良好的保坍性,并且不含氯离子和甲醛,对环境友好。另外,对聚羧酸系减水剂进行红外光谱结构表征。
The excellent polycarboxylate superplasticizer was obtained by grafting carboxyl,sulfonic,hydroxyl and polyoxyethylene functional group with multiple co-polymerizations.The best synthesis condition was that the molar ratio of n(MAA)∶n(MPEGMAA)∶n(SMAS)were 1.00∶1.05∶0.75,the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the reaction time was 3 h,the initiator was 7% by the mass of all monomers,the liquid density was 25% and the feeding time was 1~2 h.The application result shows that polycarboxylate superplasticizer had high water-reducing ratio,reaches 40% with 0.45%,and had high dispersing ability and good slump maintenance,and was friendly to the environment without Cl-and formaldehyde.Moreover,the molecular structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
