摘要 使用低碱缓凝高效减水剂配制了锦屏一级水电站垫座和大坝混凝土,并研究其施工性能、物理力学性能和耐久性能。为降低发生碱-骨料反应的可能性,缓凝高效减水剂的碱含量控制4.0%以内。配制的混凝土拌合物和易性良好,满足施工要求;混凝土180 d抗压强度满足设计要求,和水胶比的相关性较好;混凝土碱含量、抗渗和抗冻性能满足设计要求。低碱型缓凝高效减水剂在锦屏一级水电站垫座和大坝施工中顺利应用。试验研究和工程应用证明:低碱缓凝高效减水剂与中热水泥适应性较好。 Dam concrete of Jinping hydropower station was prepared using setretarder superplasticizer with low alkali content.Its workability,mechanical property and durability were investigated in this paper.To avoid alkali-aggregate reaction,the alkali content of setretarder superplasticizer was controlled equal or lesser than 0.4%.Concrete workability met the constructing requirement.Compressive strength at 180 days had a good correlation with water to cementitious materials ratio.Frost resistance and impermeability all met the designed requirement.Setretarder superplasticizer with low alkali content was successfully used in arch dam construction of Jinping hydropower station.Test results and engineering application prove that the setretarder superplasticizer with low alkali content has a good adaptability with moderate heat cement.
