摘要
分析了企业电网在外部系统故障时频率的动态过程机理,揭示了有功缺额、调节效应系数等相关参数如何影响频率变化,对天津石化电网建立适当模型,并利用PSASP软件对故障后企业电网过渡过程进行仿真分析。对故障时采取措施有效缓解频率下降速率,改变频率稳态变化量,提高企业电网的安全稳定性具有重要意义。
Analysis is made about the dynamic frequency characteristics of enterprise power network when external faults occur.And this paper reveals the impacts of such related parameters as the active power gap,effect coefficient on the frequency.Appropriate model for Tianjin Sinopec Company were established,and PSASP-based simulation analysis was made about the transition process after external faults occur.To sum up,in case of external faults,it is significant to take measures to ease lowering speed of frequency,and change the steady-state value of frequency,which can improve the safety and stability of enterprise power network.
