摘要 针对Pt电阻电子干湿球法测湿技术体积大及一般电子湿度测试的稳定性差的情况,比较和分析了机械通风和Pt电阻通风测湿仪的结构,结合标准要求,设计了一种基于实验室或鉴定使用的干湿球湿度计的结构。采用AD590K进行温度的测量,采用有较高性价比、新型ARM模拟微处理器的ADUC7060进行数据采集和处理。最后讨论了应用经典公式进行湿度计算的算法,给出了采用线形拟合和近似公式的湿度近似处理方法。 To overcome the disadvantage of big bulk from platinum resistance psychrometer and poor stability from electric humidity meter;Though comparing with structure of mechanical ventilation and platinum resistance psychrometer,the mechanical structure of electric psychrometer was designed;And in electronic design,AD590K is selected to measure temperature,ADUC7060,which has characteristics of higher performance-cost ratio and newer ARM analog MCU,was adopted to acquire and process test data;experiment shows system is feasible.In finial,a method of classical formula to calculate humidity is discussed,meanwhile approximately method of linear fitting and using simple formula to process test data is presented also.
