摘要
大规模的风电并网会对电力系统造成电压、频率和功率波动等影响,配备飞轮储能系统能很好地改善并网风电场的电能质量,二者结合的关键是飞轮储能系统的控制方式。简要介绍了风力发电—飞轮系统的结构、飞轮储能系统的工作原理,重点讨论了飞轮储能系统工作于充、放电模式和平稳输出功率方面所涉及的控制策略及其优缺点,并展望了基于风力发电的飞轮储能系统控制策略的发展前景。
Large-scale wind farms power system may appear voltage,frequency and power fluctuations,so wind power systems are required to equip energy storage devices to assure the operating continuity and stability.Flywheel energy storage system(FESS) has become a hotspot at home and abroad because it can improve power quality,and the key is the control strategy of FESS.In this paper,the control strategies of FESS are analyzed,in which the structure and the working principles of flywheel-wind power system and FESS are introduced.And then,the strength and weakness of the control strategies used in the charge/discharge mode and the power smoothing mode are discussed emphatically,and in the end the future′s FESS control strategies for the wind farm are well prospected.
