摘要
目前火电机组协调控制工程常用方法中的解耦信号多凭借现场经验构造,缺乏理论依据。对某机组简化负荷—压力非线性模型进行工作点小偏差线性化,得到传递函数矩阵描述的线性模型。采用对角矩阵法求取线性模型的解耦矩阵,得到多组解耦条件。对各组解耦条件进行不同程度的简化和近似,得到可实现的几组解耦信号,为工程方案解耦信号的选择与调整寻找到理论依据。
The decoupling signals currently applied in the coordinated control systems of the thermal power units are usually constructed by experience and lack of theoretical basis.A simplified nonlinear load-pressure unit model is linearized at specific operating spot so that a transfer function matrix-based linear model is achieved in which diagonal matrix method is also used to obtain decoupling conditions.Meanwhile,several solutions are derived according to different connections of decoupling matrix in the system.Several realizable solutions are derived from simplifying and approximating the decoupling matrix in varying conditions.Each solution corresponds with one or two methods which are widely used in engineering,and these solutions provide theoretical basis for choices and adjustments of decoupling signals.
