实拍数码照片在输变电工程安全监理中的应用

Application of the Real-time Digital Photos in Safety Supervision to Transmission and Transformation Engineering

针对输变电工程中安全质量管控的关键环节,建立了覆盖输变电工程建设的安全质量控制要素库。利用实时拍摄数码照片的形式,及时反映监理单位在输变电工程建设过程中安全质量的全过程控制,将数码照片作为佐证对过程管控进行跟踪,形成信息直观丰富、内容真实客观的工程影像资料。同时对安全质量现场拍摄的数码照片加以管理,实现工程数码照片统一模式的归档和调阅。

Aiming at improving the key procedures of the safety quality supervision in the transmission and transformation engineering,the overall database covering the project is established.By taking the real-time digital photos and by following the sequences of the photos,the overall supervision procedures can be achieved and the objective and abundant engineering photos can be collected.After managing those digital photos taken at the safety quality supervision spot,this paper discusses how those engineering photos can be filed and examined in the unified model.
