摘要 用Cr—Mn—Si为主加少量其它合金元素的贝氏体铸钢制成衬板,经1080℃正火+200—250℃回火处理组织由贝氏体、铁素体和残余奥氏体组成,其抗拉强度为1600MPa、硬度为(HRC)49、冲击韧性为AKU36J.实验室实验和生产应用试验表明该材料具有良好的耐磨性能,是衬板材料的理想选择. A bainitic cast steel containing Cr-Mn-Si as its major alloying elements and other trace elements was developed for fabricating liner plates. The microstructure of the steel normalized at 1080℃ followed by tempering at 200 - 250℃ was composed of bainite, ferrite and retained austenite, and its tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness were 1 600 MPa, 49 HRC and AKU36J. Cr-Mn-Si steel has excellent wear-resistance and is an ideal candidate for fabricating liner plates.
