大学生独立人格的培养是高等学校教育工作的重要组成部分。本文主张通过大学生独立人格的养成来加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,进而建立辅导员和大学生之间和谐平等的师生关系,实现辅导员与学生之间的良性互动,探索出一条大学生思想政治教育工作的新路。

To train college students independent personality is part of the important work of ideological and political education in colleges. The paper instists on improving and strengthening ideological and political education by training college students independent personality, so as to build the harmony relationship between counselors and students ,teachers and students, to find out a new way of college students ideological and political education.
