摘要
本研究以广东警官学院2006级本科公安专业学生为受试者,对他们的警察英语学习需求进行问卷调查,从学习者因素、课程设置、教学方法和教学材料四个方面进行定量分析。在数据分析的基础上,提出了警察英语课程设置要以听说课为主,采用体验式教学的方法,教学内容必须与基层警察岗位需求一致,并实行分级教学。
Using 2006 police major undergrates in Guangdong Police College as subjects, this research makes a questionnaire survey of their learning needs and conducts a quantitative analysis of learners" factor, curriculum, teaching approaches and leaching material. Based on the data analysis, the author suggests that the curriculum of policing English should give priority to aural - oral lesson, adopts experiencing teaching approach, and the teaching contents must be in identical with the needs of police posts.
