摘要
介绍了梅山钢铁公司2号LF的主体设备及工艺参数,以及在生产使用中对温度、脱硫、脱氧、增氮控制的效果。经过一段时间的生产,设备运行正常,平均升温速度为3~4℃/min,温度控制精度为±5℃;能稳定批量生产成品叫(S)≤20×10^-6的超低硫钢,最低出站叫(S)可达4×10^-6左右;出站w(0)≤35×10;氮质量分数增量Aw(N)≤8×10^-6;各项工艺技术指标均达到设计要求。
The present paper introduces briefly the main equipments and technological parameters of No. 2 LF refining furnace at Meishan Iron and Steel Company and describes its production effects in controlling temperature, desulfurization, deoxidation and nitrogen pick-up. Through a period of production the equipments are running normally, the average rate of temperature rise reaches 3-4 ℃/rain and the temperature control accuracy attains ±5℃ and the lowest w(S) is about 4 ×10^-6 and large quantity of ultralow sulfur steel with w(S)≤20 ×10-^6 could be produced steadily. The targets of w(O)≤35× 10^-6 and the increased w(N)≤8 × 10^-6 are realized and each technological index arrives at the designed specification.
