摘要
为了提高转炉炉龄,降低炼钢成本,开发了新型MgO-C质半干法喷补料。以碱性喷补料的损毁机理为根据,讨论了影响喷补料的主要因素:原料成分、颗粒分布、碳源及结合剂的选择等。通过一系列的试验比较和选择,研制出的镁碳质喷补料具有流动性好、附着率高、耐侵蚀和冲刷的优点,使用寿命提高了30%以上,取得了良好的经济效益。
In order to improve the converter lining life and reduce steel-making cost, a new type of MgO-C spraying-repair material was developed. The main factors affecting the spraying-repair material such as particle distribution and carbon source are discussed according to the wearing mechanism of the basic spraying-repair material. Through series of tests the spraying-repair material with good flowability, high adhesion ratio, good corrosion-resistant properties and erosion-resistant performance was developed. The life expectance is increased by 30 %and this can make good economic benefits.
