摘要
目的研究荨麻根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂吸附色谱等方法对荨麻根的化学成分进行分离;采用IR、NMR等方法对其进行结构鉴定。结果从荨麻根醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(Ⅳ)、α-菠甾醇(Ⅴ)、KNO3(Ⅵ)、胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅶ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ均为首次从荨麻根中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents in the extract trom the root ot Urtica fissa. Methods Compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography of silical gel column and macroporous adsorption resin. Their structures were identified by IR and NMR spectroscopic methods. Results Eight known compounds were isolated from the root of Urticafissa and identified as /3-sitosterol ( I ), daucosterol ( Ⅱ ), palmitic acid (Ⅲ ), stigmasterol ( Ⅳ ), a-spinasterol ( V ), potassium nitrate( VI ) , cholesterin ( e ) - 5,22-enyl-3β-alcohol ( Ⅶ) , stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅷ ). Conclusion Compound Ⅲ, IV, V ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ were isolated from the genus of Urtica L. for the first time.
