液质联用法检测中成药和保健食品中的6种肾上腺皮质激素 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立中成药或保健食品中非法添加的6种肾上腺皮质激素的检验方法。方法样品经溶剂提取分离后,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。色谱条件:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比40∶60),检测波长240 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/m in,进样量10μL;质谱条件:以ESI电喷雾电离源正离子模式进行质谱数据采集。结果可同时对中国药典收载的醋酸地塞米松、醋酸可的松、醋酸氢化可的松、醋酸泼尼松、醋酸泼尼松龙和倍他米松6种常用口服肾上腺皮质激素进行检查,准确率达到100%。结论该方法准确性、专属性强,可作为中成药或保健食品中非法添加的6种肾上腺皮质激素的检验方法。 Objective To establish a method for determining 6 adrenal corticosteroids which may be added illegally to Chinese patent drugs or functional foods. Methods HPLC-MS was used after a serial extraction and separation procedure. HPLC conditions:C18-column at 30 ℃, eluting with acetonitrile-water (40:60 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detecting at 240 nm wavelength, 10 μL injection volume ; ESI-MS data was obtained in positive ion mode. Results 6 adrenal corticosteroids (dexamethasone acetate, prednisolone acetate, hydrocortisone acetate, prednisone acetate, cortisone acetate, betamethasone ) were accurately identified simultaneously. Conclusion The method was accurate and suitable for determining 6 adrenal corticosteroids which mav be added illegally to Chinese patent drugs or functional foods.
