摘要
目的了解佛山市食品中化学污染物的污染状况,以便有针对性地加强食品卫生监督监测管理,为建立食品污染物监测管理体系提供科学依据。方法对市场随机抽样的食品中有机磷农药、氨基甲酸酯类农药、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留、三氯杀螨醇、铅、镉、汞、铝、甜蜜素、日落黄、柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红等化学污染物按有关国家食品卫生检验方法进行测定并分析。结果 2008~2010年3年度共检测样品588份,不合格94份,总超标率为16.0%。其中92份样品检测农药残留,超标率为10.9%;316份样品检测铅、镉和汞,超标率依次为6.5%、7.3%、3.8%;64份样品检测铝,超标率为:29.7%;96份样品检测甜蜜素,超标率为10.4%;20份样品检测色素,未有样品超标。结论佛山市大部分食品中的化学污染物含量符合国家卫生标准,但部分食品的卫生质量不容乐观,应加强对农药残留、铅、镉、铝、甜蜜素等食品化学污染物的卫生管理和监测,从源头上杜绝化学性污染,确保佛山市的食品卫生安全。
Aim To understand the status of chemical pollution of food in Foshan city.Methods Detemination of chemicals including organophosphorus,carbamates,pyrethroid,dicofol,lead,camium,mercury,aluminum,sodium cyclamate,sunset yellow,tartrazine,amaranth and ponceau were made according to the national standard.Results Totally 588 samples were collected during the period of 2008~2010,94 samples(16.0%) exceeded the criteria with a qualification rate of 84.0%.Pesticide residues was detected in 92 samples(10.9%) The qualification rates of lead,camium and mercury,aluminum and sodium cyclamate were 93.5%,92.7%,96.2%,70.3% and 89.6%.While pigment met the criteria.Conclusion The management and monitoring of food hygienic quality be strengthened to protect the health of the residents.
