摘要
介绍了美国长岛电力公司（ Ｌ Ｉ Ｌ Ｃ Ｏ）一个成功的配电网馈线自动化系统；阐述了其故障检测、自动分段、故障隔离、非故障段自动恢复供电的功能实现方法；分析了 １９９４ 年～１９９８ 年该系统的应用效果，说明配电自动化系统对供电网的安全运行起着重要作用，对我国配电自动化建设具有借鉴作用。
A successful distribution netw ork autom ation system in Long Island Lighting Com pany ⒉ L I L C O⒕of the United States is introduced. The functions of fault detection⒙autom atic sectionalization⒙fault isolation and autom atic restoration ofpow er supply in the non broken dow n sections are described. The effects of system application from 1994 to 1998 areanalyzed. The im portance of distribution netw ork autom ation system to the secure operation of pow er supply netw ork ispresented⒙and it can be used as the reference ofthe construction ofdistribution netw ork autom ation in China.
