2005～2009年济宁市艾滋病检测分析

Analysis of prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Jining City from 2005 to 2009

目的了解济宁市2005～2009年HIV流行动态及特征。方法对济宁市2005～2009年艾滋病检测结果进行统计分析。结果 5年累计检出HIV感染者181例,其中山东省安康医院吸毒人员检出HIV感染者65例,感染率7.99%;自愿咨询检测HIV抗体阳性4例,感染率为0.48%;艾滋病网络实验室复核并确认HIV感染者112例,感染率47.66%。结论济宁市艾滋病仍处于低感阶段,有快速增长趋势,所以应该积极探讨艾滋病防治对策。

Aim To investigate prevqlant trend and features of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） in Jining City.Methods The detection results of HIV/AIDS from 2005 to 2009 in Jining City were analyzed.Results There 190 HIV-infected patients were detected in five years,including 75 drug users with an infection rate of 7.99%;4 HIV-infected were detected from voluntary consultants with an infection rate of 0.48%;and 112 HIV-infected cases were confirmed by AIDS network laboratory with an infected rate of 47.66%.Conclusion The infection rate of HIV in Jining City is relatively low,but it is increasing quickly.Thus effective prevention and treatment measures be adopted to control the spread of HIV/AIDS in this city.
