摘要
继电保护人员在调试高频保护专用收发信机时,常常因整定、调试不当而降低高频保护的投运率及正确动作率。文中主要从整定收发信机的发信功率、收信灵敏启动电平、收信不灵敏启动电平、收信裕度以及收发信机的两侧联调等方面介绍继电保护人员如何根据每条线路的实际情况,按照原电力工业部颁布的《电力系统继电保护及安全自动装置反事故措施要点》,正确地整定、联调高频保护专用收发信机,而不是只根据生产厂家的调试说明书来完成其调试工作。
On the spot⒙the operation correctness of high frequency protection is often low ered by im proper setting andim proper testing to dedicated transceiver. This paper presents the correct m ethod to set and test the param eters of dedicatedtransceiver from these aspects⑶proper active pow er for sending signal⒙sensitive starting voltage and insensitive startingvoltage for receiving signal⒙voltage m argin and on line test on both sides ofthe dedicated transceiver.
