摘要
根据某火工品粘接要求,研制了紫外光和热双重固化的胶粘剂,讨论了预聚物、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、热引发剂对粘接剂附着力和粘接强度的影响。结果表明,光热双重固化胶粘剂满足该火工品粘接速度快、粘接强度高的要求。
Aimed at the adhesion requirement of initiating explosive device, the ultraviolet and hot dual curing adhesive was studied, and the influences ofprepolymer, active diluent, light and heat initiator on adherence and binding strength have been discussed. The results indicated that the ultraviolet and hot dual curing adhesive meet the requirement of fast adhesive and high binding strength, and can be used in initiating explosive device.
