摘要
我国长期形成的城乡二元结构体制已经严重制约了社会主义市场经济的发展。根据2010年我国提出的城乡建设用地市场一体化重大战略决定,在分析二元结构弊端的基础上,研究了城乡建设用地市场一体化的益处、面临的困难、容易引发的问题以及对策等四个方面的问题,以期能为城乡建设用地市场一体化的顺利实施建言献策。
Our country has been implemented urban and rural dual-structure,which has been severely restricting the development of the socialist market economy.Based on our country proposed a major strategic decision of integration of urban and rural construction land market in 2010,this article briefly describes the shortcoming of the dual-structure,then analyzes the urban and rural construction land market from four aspects: the difficulty of implementing integration of urban and rural construction land market,the benefit of integration of urban and rural construction land market,problems of easily casing and countermeasure.The aim of the article is to help the successful implementation of integration of urban and rural construction land market.
