农村土地整理过程中农民土地权益保障问题浅探

Analysis on the Protection of Farmers' Rights and Interests in the Process of Farmland Adjustment

分析我国土地整理中农民土地权益保障存在的问题,结合南京市六合区"万顷良田建设工程"项目经验,提出土地整理过程中保障农民土地权益的若干建议,即要从法律层面上规范项目操作,完善集中居住区住房产权,以及充分尊重农民意愿,为其提供生产生活便利。

The paper analyzes the existing problems about the protection of farmers＂ rights and interests in the process of farmland adjustment. Then, combined with the experiences of Boundless Expanse of Fertile Farmland Project in Luhe District, Nanjing City, proposes some related suggestions about the protection of farmers＂ rights and interests, including regulating the project operation in the legislation level, perfecting the property right system in the project area, esteeming the willingness of famers and providing convenience for their breeding and living.
