摘要
针对大规模定制中多个客户订单解耦点确定的复杂情况,提出了多客户订单解耦点的定位方法与思路,构建了多客户订单解耦点定位的智能决策专家系统。把多客户订单解耦点定位的影响因素、确定方法与规则等以知识库的形式保存起来,利用专家系统推理机进行解释执行,以协助多客户订单解耦点的定位决策。通过JESS编程实现了多客户订单解耦点定位专家系统,并在汽轮机生产案例中验证了该系统的可行性。
in view ot the comphcated circumstance of the determlmng multiple Customer Order Decouphng Pomts (CODPs) under mass customization, the positioning approach of multiple CODPs was put forward and an intelligent decision-making expert system was set up, which stored the influencing factors, determination methods and rules with respect to positioning multiple CODPs in the form of knowledge base. Explanations and executions were conducted with its inference engine of the expert system to assist positioning decision of multiple CODPs. Finally, the expert system of multiple CODPs positioning was implemented by Java Expert System Shell(JESS)programming, and its feasibility waS testiF[ied bv The ease of turhine production.
