我国铁路运输企业集团化改造模式研究

Research on Upgrading Modes of Railway Transportation Enterprise Groups in China

运用层次分析法(AHP)对我国铁路运输企业集团化改造的多种模式进行了定量比较分析研究。在目前情况下,将铁路局改造为以价值形态资产经营为主的控股公司,将铁路分局改造为全资子公司的模式是可行的。

The quantitative comparative analysis and research are carried out for the multiple upgrading modes of railway transportation enterprise groups in China by means of administrative level analysis method (AHP). Under the present conditions, the modes of upgrading the railway administrations into the holding companies with stress on the value-form assets operation and of upgrading the railway sub-administrations into wholly-owned subsidiaries are feasible.
