摘要 应用小波分析原理直接识别和提取三维表面特征,给出表面奇异特征(表面沟槽、凹坑、凸台、刻痕等)的定量、微观分析和评定的小波方法,不仅能定性地宏观描述三维表面特征的存在性,而且能定量地微观分析三维特征的位置分布. It is very important for manufacturing industry to recognize and control the singular characteristic of mechanical surface . The singular characteristic of mechanical surface means sudden change parts of mechanical surface, such as surface ditch and surface convex bench.In this paper, the microcosmic theory and methods for analyzing and picking up the singular characteristic of the surface are proposed by means of wavelet analysis. The methods that can pick up the surface ditches and the surface ridges are found. Not only the existence of the singular characteristic of the surface can be described qualitatively and macroscopically, but the location and the magnitude of the singular characteristic in three dimensional surface can be determined quantitatively and microscopically.
