A Model for Forecasting the Number of Enrolled Graduate Students Based on Genetic Algorithm

以区域范围内２０年研究生招生数的统计为对象，考虑到总体增长趋势和震荡规律，采用了 Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ 预测模型，并用遗传算法求得其待定系数，由此求得的模拟值与实际招生数拟合最好．在此基础上，提出了对湖北地区研究生教育的建议．

This paper presents a Logistic model to fit and predict the increase of enrolling graduate students by analyzing the general increasing trend and fluctuation characteristics of the graduate enrolling number in Hubei province in the passed 20 years. A genelic algorithm is used to determine the coefficients of the Logistic model with the consideration of better fitting and prediction. Hence, Proposals are put forward to further develop graduate education in Hubei province.
