研讨了测定弹性屈曲临界力值的一个静力法和一个动力法．对于前者，论证了 Ｓｏｕｔｈｗ ｅｌｌ图解法的广泛适用性，后者的要点是分别测定荷载作用前后结构的自振频率，并据之推算弹性屈曲临界力．

This paper researches a static method and a dynamic method of measuring buckling load of structrue.Wide applying of Southwell′s,graphic solution is demonstrated by the static method.Based on the measured nature frequency,it can calculate the bucking load of structrue by the dynamic method.
