本文介绍了新加坡从80年代初开始的隧道与地下工程建设概况,包括1983年至1990年间兴建的地铁第1,2段隧道和通往Seraya岛的海底隧道;正在兴建的地铁东北线和通往樟宜机场的地铁延长线隧道;即将兴建的地下排污系统以及规划中的地下公路系统和地下洞室工程。
This paper introduces the development of tunneling and underground works in Singapore since the early 1980s , including No. 1 and 2 tunnels on metro and the submarine tunnel to island Seraya constructed from 1983 to 1990, the northeastward metro line and the tunnel of the extended metro line to Zhangyi airport under construction, and the underground sewer system to be constructed as well as the underground road system and the underground cavern in planning.
