摘要
双护盾全断面掘进机(TBM)是当代地下工程施工中最先进的设备,具有快速度、高质量、高效率、安全好的优势。TBM在引大入秦工程长隧洞修建中,发挥了重要作用。目前在国内已有愈来愈多的地下工程项目采用TBM施工。TBM结构复杂,施工组织与管理要求严格。本文详细地介绍了TBM的主要部件及工作原理,施工组织与管理以及国内发展状况。
At present, the full 梖ace TBM with double shields is the most advanced equipment in under-ground construction, which characterized by high speed, quality, efficiency and safety. TBM has played a great role in tunnel construction of Yindaruqin project, and it has been employed currently by more and more underground projects in China. TBM's structure is so complicated that needs strict organization and management in construction. This paper describes TBM in details, including main parts, principle of oper-ation and its organization and management in construction.
