摘要
现代铁路高速、重载、安全运输对钢轨平顺性的要求越来越高,针对已显然落后的现有三点式调直方式,本文提出了最少辊数下钢轨调直的弹塑性理论,依此研制的自动调直系统投入运行后证明了该理论研究和计算的正确。
The requirement of modern railway for running smooth of rail is more and more rigid. It is obvious that the existing pressing point straightening method gets behind. This paper puts forward the elastic plastic theory on opposite bending straightening strengthen rail based on the least roller. The theory is tested to be correct by the success operation of the automatic roller straightening machine which was made according to the theory.
