摘要
依据地铁迷流对地下埋设的金属管线和钢筋混凝土主体结构中钢筋发生阳极氧化的电化学腐蚀机理,模拟了钢筋混凝土试件处于水和土壤中的两种腐蚀介质,并就混凝土中的钢筋在不同外电压时发生的腐蚀进行了试验,同时测定了当混凝土试件处于这两种腐蚀介质时,其中钢筋发生电化学腐蚀的电化学当量和腐蚀速率。通过实验数据分析,得出钢筋的电化学当量和腐蚀速率受其所在腐蚀环境介质的影响,其在自然腐蚀状态下的电化学当量不适用于计算地铁迷流在混凝土中对钢筋产生的腐蚀量。
By means of the mechanism of electrochemical corrosion of anodic oxidization of rebars in reinforced concrete main structure and metallic pipelines buried underground in metro,this paper deals with the simulation of two kinds of corrosive media,namely water and soil,in which reinforced concrete specimen is positioned,and executes the corrosion of rebars in concrete specimen under different external electric potential,simultaneously tests the electrochemical equivalent and corrosion rate of rebars in concrete specimen which is positioned in the two corrosive media.Through analyzing the measured data,it can be inferred that electrochemical equivalent and corrosion rate of metals are influenced by the corrosive environmental media,and the electrochemical equivalent of natural corrosion for metals can not be utilized to calculate the magnitude of metal corrosion induced by metro stray current flow.
