卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴扫描电镜观察

摘要 应用扫描电镜观察卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴的超微结构。后尾蚴表面有许多横行的褶,体表(包括口、腹吸盘)布满单生型皮棘,皮棘间散在分布感觉器,感觉器为无纤毛型,常围绕口、腹吸盘排列。作者认为皮棘在后尾蚴难以作为鉴别虫种的指标。 The ultrastructure of metacercaria of Paragonirtus westermani was observed with scanning electron microscopy. Many transverse ridges were seen on the surface of the metacercaria. Its surfaces ( including oral and ventral sucker ) were covered with single pattern spines; among which sensory papillae were scattered. The sensory papillae were of nonci-liated type, surrounding the oral and ventral suckers. It suggested that the spines be not an index to identify the kinds of metacercariae.
