细颗粒旋涡流化床实验台的热态试验

摘要 目前循环流化床锅炉多数燃用0 ~8 mm 的宽筛燃料,而对4 mm 以下细颗粒煤的燃烧装置研究甚少。为解决细颗粒燃料在流化床锅炉中的良好燃烧问题,作者自行设计、安装了一台旋涡流化床实验台,并在实验台上做了冷、热态的试验研究,取得了较可靠的实验数据。 At present most of CFB boilers burn the fuel of coal particle size from 0 to 8 mm,there lacks the experimental record for coal particle size less than 4 mm.In order to solve the operation questions raised from fine coal particles in the fluidized bed boilers,a vortex fluidized test apparatus was designed and erected and a series of experiments made on varies coal particle fineness and operation temperatures with test apparatus.A group of test data has been obtained which offers reliable technical basis on designing and improving the CFB boilers fueled with fine coal particles.
