摘要
为从根本上解决系统长期不正常运行的疑难问题,提高系统的安全性和经济性。分析了传统的灰浆泵系统中节流调节存在的种种缺陷,采用变频调速系统替代节流调节,对系统进行了改造,保证了补水系统的正常安全运行。具有设备性能价格比高、运行稳定可靠、自动化程度高。
This paper analyzes the properties of all kinds of blemish which may occur in course of throttle adjustment in conventional practice of the mortar pump system of power plant.In order to solve this long existed problem to increase the safety and economy,the system is modified by constant-voltage and frequency-conversion system instead of the throttle adjustment.The result of reformation is satisfactory characterized by higher quality and price ratio of equipment,steady and reliable operation,higher level of automation and obviously saving power.
