摘要
研究温度对移动颗粒层过滤高温除尘性能的影响规律,首次提出温度与捕集比的理论关系式,并进行了实验验证,得到了移动颗粒层在高温状态下进行过滤除尘的实验结果,为移动颗粒层过滤高温除尘工艺的放大和工程化打下了基础。
Hot gas cleanup is an important aspect of technology improvement for efficiency of IGCC and PFBC\|CC systems,but it is not commercialized.This paper discusses on the moving granular bed filter that may be one of the greatest potential hot dust removal technologies.In the paper,the effect of temperature on the characteristic of the moving granular bed filter for high temperature dust removal was studied,and a formula of temperature versus dust removal efficiency was found.The test indicated that the curves from the formula are similar with the experimental curves.The researc provided a basis for the moving granular bed filter used for hot gas cleanup.
