百分表前房深度计的研制

前房深度的测量在眼科临床中具有重要的意义。目前临床上作前房深度的测量虽然已有很多方法,但均有其不足之处。有些方法精度不高,有些需要配有昂贵的进口设备,不易普及。作者设计的百分表前房深度计,可安装在苏州产的裂隙灯显微镜上,使用方便,而且测量精度较高,现报道如下。 结构及原理 本装置由二部分结构组成:1,测头。为一等腰直角三角形,其斜边一面套入一金属夹,金属夹的长度与斜边相同。夹的中间有螺孔,刚好可固定于苏州产裂隙灯灯臂前面。测头表面装一水平仪,用于调整灯臂的水平位置,使测头平面位于水平面。2。

According to the principle of focus movement of the slit-lamp and the characteristics of highprecision of the microdial, the microdial-meter of the depth of the anterior chamber has been designed and trial-manufactured. The key part of the instrument is a measuring head of right-angle isosceles triangle which is installed in the front of the slit-lamp microscope and can transfer the sagittal movement into the frontal movement with the same length. By moving the tray of the microdial-meter face to the examiner, the numerals to demonstrate the depth of the anterior chamber can be read out. The presision degree is 0.01mm.
