摘要
根据电网调度自动化设备现场运行经验,分析了设备元器件经长期运行后品质下降、二次回路等抗干扰、防过电压能力不足的原因,提出了提高自动化设备抗干扰、防过电压能力的 8 项措施,包括改善元件品质、整改 R T U 设备的供电方式、敷设屏蔽电缆、改善接地、提高遥信采集回路工作电压、在遥信采集软件中增加延时模块、加强 R T U 自监测能力等。实践证明,所提出的措施对提高调度自动化系统的运行水平有较大帮助。
Based on the practicaloperation of dispatching autom ation device⒙the causes of interference and over voltage areanalyzed⒙such as low ering of output voltage of pow er supply⒙aging of device com ponent⒙relay contact vibrating anddisturbance in voltage and current etc. Then this paper proposes eight m easures for im proving noise im m unity and over voltage protection of dispatching autom ation device⒙i.e. im proving the quality ofcom ponent⒙reform ing the pow er supply of R T U⒙laying the screened cable⒙im proving the perform ance of grounding⒙increasing the w orking voltage of telesignallingacquisition circuit⒙adding the tim e delay m odule in telesignalling acquisition softw are⒙enhancing the self m onitoring ability of R T U etc. The practices show that the proposed m easures can im prove the operation of dispatching autom ation systemeffectively.
