摘要
本文从普遍的能量方程出发,导出动脉血流定常流动的压强—流量关系。讨论了考虑和不考虑动能变化的结果。对一段猫肺动脉计算的上述结果表明它们之间有相当大的差异。认为在实际情况下,需要考虑动能变化的影响。
The steady pressure-flow relationship of the arterial blood flow is deduced from the general energy equation and the results of taking account of or taking no account of the change of kinetic energy are discussed. It shows that the difference resulting from the two calculating methods is fairly large. Therefore, it is believed that the kinetic energy should be considered in practical situation.
