The effect of curing conditions for green plates on the quality of lead-acid battery plates

摘要 经过大量验证,确定生极固化“三阶段法”是一种比较理想的固化方法,其游离铅含量可降至5%以下,化成后的极板外现质量好,活物质机械强度高,质量稳定。 A 'three step curing method' for aden plates (unformed plates) has been used to improve the plate quality and the free lead in the plate mass can be reduced to less than 5%, and both mechanical strength and capacity of the plates are gnatly improved. In addition, the curing mechanism for green plates has been discussed in detail.
