高校英语师范生实践与创新能力培养的新模式

A New Cultivation Mode to Develop Teaching Abilities of English Majors in Normal Universities

实践性应用型人才培养模式是以突出实践教学，树立培养学生创新精神和实践能力的实践教育理念，强化实践育人意识，围绕实践性应用型人才培养目标，培养实践应用价值的人才为目标的人才培养模式。高师院校英语专业为提高学生的教学从业技能，在培养的过程中必须采用实践性和应用型人才培养模式。这种培养模式落实到具体培训工作中应该表现在三方面：一是树立先进教育理念，强化实践育人意识；二是加强师资队伍的建设；三是培养学生自身实践教学能力和应用型人才。

A practical and reality-oriented cultivation mode for English majors lies in how to cultivate the students＇ practical and innovation capacities. It is a way of training students, focusing on training valuable talents. To achieve it, we must focus on the following three tasks： to put forward the advanced teaching concepts, strengthening the practice education consciousness; to strengthen the construction of the teacher troops; to take effective measure to promote students＇ teaching abilities.
