摘要
介绍在无线个人通信系统中，当移动台在通话期间从一个无线区移动到另一个无线区时，如何实现越区切换管理、越区切换检测、信道分配和无线链路转接等问题。
Based on cellular structue,handover is one of the most important prblems in wireless Personal Communication Networks (PCN),to maintain an ongoing call cross borders,from one basestation to another.In this paper,three aspects of handover management are discussed, handover,handover detection,channel assignment and radio link switchover.
