自动化电机测试系统广泛用于电机产品质量检测及控制。文中介绍了起动电机计算机测试系统的组成和工作原理。着重介绍了用工业控制机进行硬件数据采集和软件实时处理的方法，以及整个系统电磁兼容设计的实现方法。

Automatic motor test system is widely used for high quality monitor and quality control of motor products.The configuration and its working principle of starter test system using industrial controller are introduced in this paper.The methods which include two main parts,hardware for data acquisition and software for data real time process,and implementations of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design is this starter test system are heavily described.
