摘要
从拖拉机起动机的负载特性出发,分析了拖拉机起动机电机由电励磁改为永磁的必要性,并以永磁拖拉机起动机电机样机与原电励磁起动机电机对比试验分析为重点,讨论了这一改变的可行性,最后辅有电磁场分析,得出永磁拖拉机起动机电机设计计算的要点。
The necessity of tractor starter m otor's change from electric excitation to perm anent m agnet is analyzedin the view of the starter's load characteristics and the feasibility of such change is discussed based m ainly on thecom parative experim ents betw een the perm anent m agnet prototype and the original electric excitation starterm otor. The key points to the design of perm anent m agnet tractor starter m otor is described by m eans of prototypeexperim ent and electrom agnetic field m ethod.
