摘要
着重探讨6 k V 中性点不接地系统在运行状态下,当绝缘降低时如何进行绝缘测量与监视,有别于常规的单相接地选线保护。并对6 k V 系统在运行状态下人为带电接地试验所得到的数据进行计算分析,进而提出进行绝缘测量与监视的思路、方法和需要注意的方面。
Most of the discussion is focused on how to detect the insulation of floating neutral point system to earth when the system is energized and the insulation reduced.It is different from the conventional trouble shooting on accidentally earthed power line. Calculation and study are also made here on the detected data collected from the purposed earthing test, so as to put forward a constructive thinking way and the points to be considered.
