Low Carbon Economy and the Development of China's Green Logistics

在国际国内大力发展低碳经济的大环境下,绿色物流成为现代物流产业发展的重要方向之一。由于政府不重视、企业不积极、研究与实践脱节,我国在绿色物流发展方面,企业实践远远落后于理论研究。随着绿色物流的重要性逐渐为各界所认识,随着碳交易方式的不断发展,我国绿色物流迎来了全新的发展机遇。为推动绿色物流良性发展,相关部门应把握新的机遇,着力构建由排放标准体系、交易规则体系、支持平台体系组成的交易支撑体系,由组织协调体系、激励政策体系、惩罚政策体系组成的政策支撑体系,由高校人才培养体系、社会人才培养体系、企业人才培养体系组成的人才支撑体系。

In the light of the great development of low carbon economy,green logistics has become one of the most important components of modern logistic industry development.Because of the government not paying enough attention to the development of green logistics,the not active enterprises activity and the unmatched research and practice,the practice of China＇s green logistic enterprises lagged far behind the research.The increasing understanding of the importance of green logistics and the development of carbon transaction patterns brought China＇s green logistics with new opportunity of development.To promote the sound development of green logistics,the related departments should seize the new opportunities and construct a transaction supporting system consisting of the system of emission regulation,trading rules and supporting platform,a policy supporting system consisting of the systems of organization and coordination,incentive policy and punishment policy,and the professional supporting system consisting of collage,social cultivation system and enterprises cultivation system.
