我国电力工业环境保护现状与展望

Status Quo and Prospect of Environment Protection of China's Electric Power

从我国电力工业发展现状、电力工业污染控制及生态保护、节能与综合利用、环保法规体系、管理体制、电力环保科研、教育、国际合作等方面较全面地论述了我国电力工业２０ 多年来环境保护的发展和成就；分析了当前的环境形势，提出了环境保护方面存在的问题和电力发展的制约因素；根据可持续发展理论，分析了中国能源、环境和电力发展的特点及关系，提出了电力环境保护的指导思想、目标展望和改善电源结构、依靠科技进提高污染控制水平、制订有利于经济与环境协调发展的政策、加强环保国际合作的主要环保对策。

The paper all sidely expounds the development and achievements of environment protection of China's electric power industry over past more than twenty years in terms of present developmental status,pollution control and ecological protection,energy saving and comprehensive utilization,laws and regulations system,administration system,scientific research,education,international cooperation of power environment protection etc.;analyzes the current environmental situation,put forwards the existing problems in environmental protection aspect and constraint factors of power development;based upon sustainable developmental theory,analyzes the features and relationships of China's energy,environment and power development,propoves the guiding thinking and target prospect of power environment protection,and major environment protection countermeasures:to improve power sources mix,raise pollution control level by relying upon science and technology advancement,formulate policies beneficial to coordinate development of economy and environment,strengthen international cooperation of environment protection etc.
