摘要
以木纤维为基本相、漆酶活化工业木质素作为粘接相,通过热压制得了环保型纤维板。同时,通过红外光谱分析了工业木质素酶法催化改性的反应位点,并利用正交试验对主要工艺参数和成板性能的关系进行了研究,分析了各因子对成板性能的影响规律,确定出最优的工艺参数。在试验范围内,最优工艺参数为:活化浓度200 U.mL-1,活化时间8 h,HMA用量35%,活化pH值4.0,在此工艺参数下制得的环保型纤维板的物理力学性能已达到GB/T17657—1999《中密度纤维板》的要求。
An experiment was conducted to prepare environment friendly fiberboard by hot pressing using natural wood fiber as basic raw material and laccase modified industrial lignins as adhesive.FTIR spectrum was applied to analyze the reactive sites for the enzymatic modification by the industrial lignins.The relationships between the main processing parameters and the performances of the board were studied by the orthogonal experiments.The influences of various factors on the performances of the board were analyzed,and the optimal parameters were determined.The optimal processing parameters were obtained as the activated concentration 200U·mL-1,the activation time 8h,dosage of ammonium lignosulphonate 35%,and the activated pH 4.0 within the experiment range.The mechanical properties of the test board could meet the requirements of 1999 national standard(GB/T 17657—1999) for medium-density fiberboard.
