摘要
设计了一套全数字化工业洗衣机变频调速控制系统。该系统以８０Ｃ１９６ ＭＣ 为控制核心，采用ＩＰＭ 智能功率模块为功率元件，组成了交直交电压型逆变器主回路。给出了系统硬件、软件的控制策略及其实现。测试结果表明，该系统满足了工业洗衣机的传动及控制要求。
The authors design a fully digital frequency variable and velocity variable system for industrial washing mashine.In the system,Intel 80C196MC is used as control center and IPM is used as an intelligent power device in the main circuit of AC DC AC voltage type inverter.The paper gives the control strategy and its hardware and software realization.The testing result proves that it satisfies the drive and control requirement of the industrial washing mashine.
