摘要
在国际电力电子领域对功率二极管模型研究成果的基础上，利用计算机仿真对功率二极管的反向恢复过程和特性进行了较深入、系统的研究，得出了一些有实际意义的结论。
On the basis of research achievements on the model of power diode in the field of power electronics,the reverse recovery process and characteristics of power diode are studied in detail and systematically with device simulation of PSPICE and some of significant results are obtained.
