摘要
应用扭振计算程序,对300MW汽轮发电机组轴系进行了扭振计算与分析,得出了机组轴系在各种设计工况下的扭振固有频率以及两相突然短路时轮系的最大剪切应力与最大扭矩。介绍了实验室扭振模型系统的建立及扭振测试方法,对模型系统的扭振固有频率进行了计算与测试,计算结果与测量结果非常接近,从而也验证了测量系统的可靠性。
: The torsional vibration calculation program was used to calculate and analyse the torsional vibration of the shaft system of 300MW turbine generator set.The torsional vibration inherent frequency of the shaft system of the whole set under different designed operation conditions was obtained, as well as the maximum shear stress and maximum torsional torque of the shaft system at the sudden short circuit of two phases. The set up of the model system of the torsional vibration in the lab and the method of measuring the torsional vibration were introduced . The torsional vibration inherent frequency of the model system was calculated and measured. The measured resuit was compared with the calculated one, which were close to each other, In this way the reliability of the measuring system was verified.
